What is the VIBE Program?

According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Validation Instrument for Business Enterprises (VIBE) program is a web-based tool that is designed to help USCIS more efficiently and uniformly adjudicate certain employment-based immigration petitions and applications. Essentially, VIBE uses commercially available data from Dun & Bradstreet, an independent information provider (IIP) to validate basic information about companies or organizations who are seeking to employ foreign nationals.
