#The2Llife My Exams and Study-Schedule GUEST BLOG Courtney Boykin, 2L at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law                I’ve found that it’s super important to prepare for each exam with the same intensity, whether it’s open-book, closed-book, or some limited form. Well, guys….this is my final blog before exams begin. Again, I can’t believe how quickly exam time has snuck upon us. At any rate, this semester I have 5 exams: Professional Responsibility, Evidence, Fair Employment Practices, Elder Law, and Corporate Governance. The first 3 are closed, but the last two are open-note. I tend to like open-note tests more than closed-book exams, for obvious reasons, but, believe it or not, I do better with closed-book exams. I guess I tend to rely too much of on the fact that, with open-book tests, I have the notes available. At any rate, I’ve found that it’s super important…
