Humphreys School of Law I’ve found that it’s super important to prepare for each exam with the same intensity, whether it’s open-book, closed-book, or some limited form. Well, guys….this is my final blog before exams begin. Again, I can’t believe how quickly exam time has snuck upon us. At any rate, this semester I have 5 exams: Professional Responsibility, Evidence, Fair Employment Practices, Elder Law, and Corporate Governance. The first 3 are closed, but the last two are open-note. I tend to like open-note tests more than closed-book exams, for obvious reasons, but, believe it or not, I do better with closed-book exams. I guess I tend to rely too much of on the fact that, with open-book tests, I have the notes available. At any rate, I’ve found that it’s super important…
