Tax Notes – Coverage of State, Federal and International Tax Issues

Tax issues from all levels of government are dominating the news. The BC Law community can keep current with these issues by using the Law Library's Tax Notes subscription. More than just a source for tax statutes, Tax Notes offers commentary and analysis from leading tax experts. Policy implications of new tax legislation and tax agency regulations are featured as well.  Whether you are looking for recent Supreme Court treatment of tax-related petitions for certiorari or researching cross-border tax disputes worldwide, Tax Notes is an excellent resource. A recent visit by the Tax Notes staff to the BC Law Library's Spring into Practice Research Fair sparked increased interest in Tax Notes. BC Law students and faculty can create their own Tax Notes account using the link provided on the Law Library's database list.  Questions about Tax Notes or other tax databases? Contact the BC Law librarians at lawref@bc.edu for research assistance!
