Sears transfers top-selling brands (Chicago Sun-Times)

A Sears Holdings Corp. subsidiary has sold $1.8 billion in bonds to another Sears subsidiary backed by the intellectual property of Sears three biggest brands — Kenmore, Craftsman and Die Hard — according to the April 16 issue of BusinessWeek magazine.
