News from the WIPO SCCR: a light at the end of the tunnel?

As readers may know, the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) is in charge of putting forward recommendations for consideration by the WIPO General Assembly or a Diplomatic Conference.
