Managing IP Ownership Issues With Employment Agreements

Volpe and Koenig Co-Founder Anthony S. Volpe and Shareholder Michael F. Snyder advocate for in-house or retained counsel to be involved in corporate employment agreements where there is a strong likelihood that the position will lead to the creation of IP in The Legal Intelligencer.
