Ivy Tech trustees polls violated law, official says (Louisville Courier-Journal)

Two polls taken in private by the Ivy Tech Community College board regarding its next president violated state law, according to Indianas public-access counselor. The board was not allowed under state law to take final action on the choice in the executive session it held last month, as those votes must be held in public.
