Hurt Passenger Airlifted from Royal Caribbean's Radiance of the Seas to Tampa General Hospital

TBNweekly.com reports the Coast Guard evacuated passenger William Nicol, 76, from the Royal Caribbean cruise ship Radiance of the Seas on March 20th. A crewmember aboard the Radiance of the Seas radioed Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg requesting medical assistance for Nicol who was experienced hernia-like symptoms. A MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater airlifted the passenger from a cruise ship which was located about 75 miles southwest of Tampa and flew him to Tampa General Hospital. Nicol's condition is unknown.
