Via GOVDOC-L: “On Friday, the Department of Justice announced indictments against 12 officers of the Glavnoye Razvedyvatel’noye Upravlenie (GRU), the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff. While unfamiliar to most Americans, the GRU has a long history of operating within and against the United States, dating back to the 1920s. In April 2017,  David M.
