Five Legal Attacks on Brain Death

This week is Harvard's 2018 Annual Bioethics Conference. "Defining Death: Organ Transplantation and the 50-Year Legacy of the Harvard Report on Brain Death" will explore the legacy of the 1968 report from the Harvard Medical School committee that proposed the concept of “brain death” as a new criterion for determining human death. My Thursday afternoon talk is "Hard Cases and Legal Challenges." I will describe five attacks on brain death using these 300 slides.
