Crash Involving Two Semi Trucks in Buncombe County

Earlier this week, there was a crash involving two semi trucks and two passenger vehicles in Buncombe County. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, the incident happened at about 3:00 a.m., on I-40, in Candler. Very little information has been released about this truck crash, but initial reports indicate that one of the semi trucks may have hit black ice. The tractor-trailer jack knifed, and caused a chain reaction crash with the semi truck behind it and another two vehicles.   Thankfully, no life-threatening injuries were reported on the scene. One of the big rigs did lose some cargo on the roadway. A portion of I-40 had to be closed as crews and first responders worked the scene.   If you have been injured in a truck accident in Asheville or in any of the nearby communities, contact the skilled team at Davis Law Group, P.A. at 828-303-2842 for a free case consultation.
