Court tosses Ugandan adultery law (The Washington Times)

A court has thrown out Ugandas adultery law on the grounds that it was sexist. Under the law considered by the Ugandan Constitutional Court it was illegal for married women to have affairs but married men could have affairs with unmarried women, the BBC reported.
