“A judge in Pennsylvania has dismissed a lawsuit launched against a law firm for accessing content contained in the Internet Archive. Healthcare Advocates Inc. alleged that Harding Earley lawyers violated the DMCA and the Computer
Fraud and Abuse Act by fetching protected pages using the “Wayback Machine,” a search tool provided by Internet Archive. The judge concluded that “they did not pick the lock and avoid or bypass the protective measure, because
