I've recently started following the Corporate Law and Governance blog, which is a UK-based site edited by Robert Goddard, Senior Lecturer in Law, Aston Law, Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK. He describes the site's purpose as follows: This site supports my corporate (company) law and governance teaching. It is primarily an online notepad where I record important developments, news and other items that interest me. It is also a portal providing quick access to the main corporate law and governance primary materials, news sources and relevant organisations (scroll down to see the links). In due course the site will support my book on corporate governance. There's not much in the way of normative analysis, but it's got tons of brief descriptions of and links to current developments. As such, it is a very convenient way of staying up to date on developments in the UK and EU (he also has some coverage of major US developments). He's also got an amazing collection of links, including a blog roll and tons of primary source materials. It makes a nice complement to The Defining Tension, the outstanding Dutch corporate blog, which runs more towards normative analysis of EU and, to a lesser extent, UK and US law.
