CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS ENABLE EMPLOYEES TO COLLECT UNPAID WAGES ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES AND THOSE SIMILARLY SITUATED

The class action lawsuit is an effective way for employees with small individual wage claims to band together and recover unpaid wages from large, powerful employers.
