Cardboard Police Slow Down Traffic Police are trying some new methods to slow down drivers. In Colorado, there are cardboard cut outs of police officers holding radar guns at oncoming traffic in back of a real police car. Apparently, this method is being used in Vancouver, Canada along a particularly dangerous corridor to slow traffic. The initial cost is minimal and one officer may erect 2 or 3 then only actually be monitoring one location. In the Czech Republic, similar methods are being used but the card board cut out Police are donning miniskirts and a reflector.
