Atlanta police officer charged with hitting girlfriend
ATLANTA — An Atlanta police officer has been charged with hitting his 18-year-old girlfriend. Police spokesman James Polite says 41-year-old Terence Alexander was arrested by DeKalb County Police at the apartment where his girlfriend said the assault occurred.
