Woman Goes Overboard Off Norwegian Cruise Ship; Rescued By Crew

A 52 year old woman who apparently fell overboard on the Norwegian Epic cruise ship on March 6 was rescued after the captain and crew were alerted. According to a company spokesperson for Norwegian Cruise Lines, “As soon as the report was made, the ship maneuvered to allow the crew to begin a search. After recovery, the guest was taken to the onboard medical facility for evaluation. It has been reported that (she is) in stable condition.” The boat was sailing in the Bahamas when the incident occurred. Read more at whio.com.
