Third E. coli Lawsuit Filed Against Food Supplier for US Marine Corps

SAN DIEGO, California – A third lawsuit was filed today against Sodexo, Inc. in the Southern District Court of California on behalf of Tristan Abbott who developed an E. coli O157:H7 infection from food served at the Marine Corps Recruitment Depo. Mr. Abbott is represented by Marler Clark, the Nation’s Food Safety Law Firm, and Gordan and Holmes, a local, well-respected San Diego firm. Abbott v. Until the onset of his symptoms, Mr. Abbott exclusively consumed food prepared and served by Sodexo, Inc. at the cafeteria or “chow hall” at MRCD. On October 24, 2017, Mr. Abbott began experiencing symptoms of bloody diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal cramps.
