Survey: Nearly Two-Thirds of Legal Departments Want More Talent In-House

According to a recent survey conducted by Special Counsel, law departments want more talent in-house. You can’t blame them – having more subject matter experts at the ready can help law departments respond to a company’s needs in a more timely and efficient manner. Other takeaways – only 13% of respondents cited compensation as a top reason for working at their current company with respondents citing flexible work arrangements and long-term growth opportunities as key factors (at 23% each).
