A man who was reportedly trying to manage his anxiety through public masturbation was taken into custody after he was allegedly caught in the act inside a coin-op laundry business. Around 2:30 am on September 11, 911 received a call from a concerned citizen reporting that a man was inside of a 24-hour laundromat that he believed had his pants down while touching his penis in public view. Police dispatched to the location and saw a man allegedly seated inside the laundromat and masturbating.
