Get Your Move On To Combat Law School Stress

Getting a little exercise can be a great way to combat law school stress. And it certainly doesn’t have to be “official” exercise, although that’s good, too. If you only have a few minutes at lunchtime or between classes for some impromptu exercise, try walking the Innerlink. The Innerlink here on campus has lots going for it: you stay out of the cold, you can get your steps in, you can walk a good mile on it before you even realize it, and you can get away from the law building and see other students on campus. If you have a little more time, the Recreation Center has just about everything you’d want for a fitness break from the law school daily routine. You can find group fitness classes for yoga, circuit training, cycling, TRX, Pilates, Zumba, water aerobics, kickboxing, and more.
