Employed on the Bering Star as an engineer by the Defendant, Icicle Seafoods, Inc., a Seattle based company, Dana Clausen was obliged to place a heavy metal sheet on a work table. In the course of this work, Clausen sustained serious bodily injury to his back and hands. Ultimately, the resultant pain and suffering caused on-going mental anguish and the concomitant lost of earning power.
