Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have lost their legal battle with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled yeasterday that the twins, Harvard classmates of Mr. Zuckerberg, must accept the 2008 settlement valued at more than $65 million. The Winlevosses, along with Divya Narendra, have claimed that Mr. Zuckerberg stole their idea and created Facebook. This conflict was the motivation for the movie "The Social Network". Mr. Zuckerberg came to an agreement with the other three in 2008, for $20 million in cash and $45 million in stock. The stock has grown in value since the settlement to more than $100 million.
