FAA Finally Begins Cost-Benefit Analysis of Drug Testing

This week, the FAA started the process of assembling the Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (RFA) for the 2006 Drug and Alcohol Testing Amendments. This was done pursuant to a 2007 Court Order and a 2011 Show Cause Order directing the FAA to perform this analysis.
