Enoch on Wellman on Procedural Rights

David Enoch (Hebrew University – The Philosophy Department and the Law School) has posted In Defense of Procedural Rights (or Anyway, Procedural Duties): A Response to Wellman (Legal Theory, Forthcoming) on SSRN.  Here is the abstract: In a recent paper, Christopher Wellman argues that there are no procedural rights. I defend procedural rights from Wellman's arguments, mostly by utilzing an analogy to under-appreciated procedural rights in morality (that is, not in law).
