Doctor seen on video singing and dancing during surgery

ATLANTA (June 12, 2018) – A dermatologist who was seen on video dancing to music while performing a surgical procedure has been suspended by the Georgia medical board, which claimed her continued practice “poses a threat to the public health, safety and welfare.” Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte is a dermatologist and director of Boutte Contour Surgery & Skin in Lilburn, Ga., a suburb of Atlanta. In one of at least 20 of her now-deleted videos posted to  Youtube, Dr.Davis-Boutte is seen dancing without a surgical mask, leaning over the top of a patient and rapping her own lyrics to Migos’ “Bad and Boujee.” In another video, Davis-Boutte dances to a song called “Cut It.” As the song begins, her fingers roll off her patient’s skin to the beat.
