Divorce Litigation Funding Reduced

As divorce lawyers, we often shake our heads in dismay as our clients ignore requests for financial information from the other party's counsel, dodge deadlines, and generally try to make the divorce go on forever. Sadly, all of that hide and seek behavior just raises the cost of the divorce and reduces the remaining assets for the couple to split up.
