Delegated Regulation supplementing IFR with RTS on separation of payment card schemes and processing entities published in OJ

There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/72 of 4 October 2017 supplementing the Interchange Fee Regulation with regard to regulatory technical standards establishing the requirements to be complied with by payment cards schemes and processing entities to ensure the application of independence requirements in terms of accounting, organisation and decision-making process. The Delegated Regulation will enter into force 20 days after its publication in the OJ, that is on 7 February 2018.
