China, U.S. Resume Military Talks After Break Over Sales of Arms to Taiwan
The U.S. and China will resume military talks broken off after the Obama administration announced an arms sale to Taiwan earlier this year, starting with a meeting on maritime issues next month, a Pentagon spokesman said.
