    Thanks for the comment!FWIW, I have noted the same spike rainrdgeg ninth circuit cases. I asked a friend of mine who is a current clerk there, and he suggested that there is an internal website that links to blogs discussing Ninth opinions helps them to find the discussion directly. I have no idea how they find the blogs though, probably look of links to the opinion pages.

  2. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation
    but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I
    would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me.
    I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
