Baum Hedlund Files Lawsuit Over Military Black Hawk Crash

Share This Item December 10, 2018 – Hartford, Connecticut – – The law firm of Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman has filed a lawsuit against helicopter manufacturer Sikorsky over a Black Hawk helicopter crash that killed one United States Army Soldier and severely injured two others. Attorney and Marine Corps veteran Timothy A. Loranger filed the military accident lawsuit (Case No. HHD-CV18-6104435-S) in Connecticut Superior Court on behalf of the Plaintiffs, U.S. Army Captain Terikazu Onoda and his wife Faith Onoda; U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 (“Chief”) Christopher Nicholas; and Jessica Tomlin, the surviving spouse and Administrator of the Estate of U.S. Army Specialist Jeremy Tomlin, deceased. The Defendants in the case are Sikorsky Aerospace Services, Inc. and its parent company, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, both of Stratford, Connecticut.
