As Your Life Changes, So Should Your Will

Creating an estate plan is important. A solid estate plan can make it clear and simple for your loved ones to distribute your belongings upon your death. It can assure the ones you love are cared for, and can eliminate post-death controversy. Basically, a well-executed estate plan can provide peace of mind when it is time to rest in peace. Many people know this, and have some sort of estate plan in place. However, did you know that major life changes such as a subsequent marriage, divorce, or child can have serious consequences on an estate plan?
