An Orange Jumpsuit Wedding For Utah Death Row Inmate

A Utah man married his wife while he was still in prison and on death row. Unlike a traditional marriage, Troy Kell was wearing his orange jumpsuit, feet in shackles and his wife was on the other side of the glass. In 1996 Kell was charged with capital murder and sentenced to death for stabbing a fellow inmate 67 times. Kell was initially in prison for another murder. Unfortunately for Kell, he will never be allowed physical contact with his wife despite their marriage. Is the groom registered at the prison commissary? Best wishes on a happy marriage.
