American Journal of Public Health: Search Tool

This is the second in a four part series blog post spotlighting the American Public Health Association’s American Journal of Public Health. The advanced search tool can be accessed from the American Journal of Public Health’s home page by clicking on the magnifying glass icon to the left of the search bar. Below, the blue arrow indicates where the magnifying glass can be located on the home page. The advanced search tool allows you to search by title, author, keywords, or abstract. Additionally, the search tool permits you to narrow by topic, source of publication, and publication date. If you are unsure of the exact publication date, you can enter a range of years; select the last month, six months, or year; or search by all dates. After you enter an initial search term, you can revise the results. The right side of the results screen allows you to narrow by AJPH subjects, article type, publication date, or author.
