30-day challenges are one of the hot trends sweeping society today right alongside drinking La Croix sparkling water and posting photos of your food on social media. It seems like there’s a 30-day challenge for everything you can think of from losing weight to de-cluttering your space. The idea behind the 30-day challenge was sparked with the belief that it takes 30 days to make or break a habit (a notion, by the way, that’s actually hotly contested, but that’s not what we’re here to talk about today).
